Administrative duties: Head of research committee, curriculum committee, accreditation committee (ABET), bachelor committee.
Member: KNPC Green Initiative Committee, PAAET-GUST Ministry of Defence joint Committee, ISO CTS Committee, Accreditation Committee - College of Tech. Studies (CTS), Accreditation committee - College of Basic Education (CBE).
Academic duties: Offered courses on circuits, machines, power system transmission, power electronics, electric drives, and automatic control, advanced computer applications.
Advisor: Master's students, Seniour projects, sabatical of engineers at The Higher Institute of Telecommunication and Navigation.

2007 - 2013

Lecturer - Electrical Engineering Technology Department, College of Technological Studies, PAAET, Kuwait.
Taught courses on electrical machines, machine control, power systems, power electronics. Coordinator of the ABET certification committee for the department of electrical engineering technology. Headed the department’s research committee and a member of the college research committee.

Spring 2012

Developed material, program, and lectured in the intensified orientation course.
Training Program for the Ministry of Electricity and Water UD engineers Lectures include: smart grid, power line carrier communication, power electronics, synchronous generators, installations, and induction machines.

1999 - 2002

Lecturer - Electrical Engineering Technology Department, College of Technological Studies, PAAET, Kuwait.
Taught courses in electric power, electric machines, electronics, and digital systems, basic electronics, electronic devices, digital Systems, electronic Circuits I, introduction to computers, electric instruments-Measurement, circuits I, installations (Kuwait Code), power electronics, electric Machines I electric Machines II. Also designed and taught special courses for the ministries of energy, transportation, and public works and Kuwait National Petroleum Company.

1995 - 1997

Marketing Officer - Oil Comodoties Marketing Department, Independent Petroleum Group (IPG), Jabriya, Kuwait.
Duties included drafting contracts, monitoring oprations (shipping) and breakeven analysis for spot and term contracts. Regions covered was Singapore, South Asia, East Africa, and the Mediterranean.
